Quick answers about logging in, downloads and roles.
Do I need an account to download?
You need to log in with Discord using the button in the top right. There is no separate Solar Studios account or password. This applies to free products too.
What can the site see when I log in with Discord?
Only your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, plus which roles you hold in the Solar Studios server. It cannot see your email, your messages or your other servers, and it cannot post or do anything as you.
What is the difference between free and paid resources?
Free resources can be downloaded by anyone who is logged in. Paid resources need a specific role in the Solar Studios Discord server. The product popup tells you which role is required.
I have the role but the download is still locked. What should I do?
Roles are checked live with Discord, so make sure you are logged in with the same account that holds the role and that you are still in the server. If you only just got the role, wait a minute and reload the page. If it is still locked, ask in the Discord.
Why does a product say "Coming soon"?
The product has been announced but its download has not been uploaded yet. It will become available from the same popup once it is.
How do I log out?
Click your name in the top right and choose Log out. You can also remove Solar Studios at any time under User Settings > Authorized Apps in Discord.

Head to the Links page and join the Discord. That is the best place for install help, bug reports and questions about your role.
